Our highest priority is Customer Satisfaction with every item you purchase from DOMINZ. If, for whatever reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may Visit www.dominz.com and login to your account and go to my orders page/view/return button/select reason for return and submit to request a return or call our Customer Support Team at 8594037139 (available all days of the week, 09:00AM to 10:00PM) to request for a return, within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Note: The actual color of the selected product that you see on our website may slightly vary from the photography that is displayed, due to lighting differences, individual PC monitor color settings, photography styles, etc.
- Visit www.dominz.com and login to your account and go to my orders page/view/return button/select reason for return and submit to request a return. You can also call our Customer Support team at 8594037139 to request a return.
- Place the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging and make sure that all tags, accessories and parts are included.
- Name/image/brand/serial number/article number/bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.
- The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and should be non-tampered actual products.
- The product should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.
Note: Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out. We will not be held responsible for the return of non-DOMINZ items.

For a return to be accepted by DOMINZ the following conditions are to be met:
- All DOMINZ items should be returned in an unmarked, unused condition with the original packaging and original sales receipt.
- Any items that have been altered or repaired by an external repair service will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email us with a photo of the damaged merchandise at firstname.lastname@example.org. In order to be eligible for a return, you must notify us of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the order.
For seamless returns, kindly ensure the product is packed in the same way it was packed and sent to you.
We do not exchange any item for an alternative color, style or size. We suggest that you return your purchase for a refund (please refer to return policy) and place a new order with us.
